The car with license plate AV32768 has been parked in this location for 2 weeks and has not moved. I believe the car has been abandoned

There are abondoned cars/trucks all over the place around here, Hubinger, Eldert, Elm St. When they are made to move, because of complaints to LCI, they owners of these vehicles just move them somewhere else in the area. None of these vehicles are registered. None of these people are paying taxes. I sugguest the City create a space somewhere for people to store these vehicles until the owners can deal with whatever situation they are in.
