Description
As expected, city did not shut down the encampment, just invited them to take over more of the park when fencing off the southeast corner. So the trash piles are now growing and the renters and homeowners have to endure more dumping. If the city is simply moving the encampment, we need regular trash pickup. Stop making us post every time this happens. Trash is at the crosswalk from mosswood to 37th.
