One of the dislodged metal posts is now sticking out into the sidewalk about 3 - 4 feet into the air from the ground. How the owner of this property gets away with the current condition of it is beyond me, but the new issue with this fence is pretty dangerous if someone isn't paying attention especially walking here after dark.
